Mauser M1932 Schnellfeuer
« on: January 10, 2018, 05:57:15 AM »
Hi folks,
Here is my Mauser M1932 Schnellfeuer, it alive and well (capable of full auto firing), chambered for the .30 Mauser ammo.
The Schnellfeuer was used by several Law Enforcement units in Brazil from the 1930s until the late 1970s. We have at least a dozen of them (in different condition grades) at the São Paulo Police Museum.I just started to work on them, and their serial numbers indicates at least one contract (or two separated contracts) purchased around 1935 (they are mostly in the 33-34000 serial number range). I'm planning to share my thoughts with you guys here.

On the other hand the M1932 showed here is a later production gun and, in spite of not having any Waffenamt, I do not discard the theory that it may have be brought as a war trophy by some veteran from the Brazilian Expeditionary Force, wh fought in Italy in 1944-45.

In any case, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
All the best,

Douglas
