Chinese c96 HELP!
« on: September 02, 2018, 03:04:37 PM »
Just got this one from an Estate, to sell, but I have no idea what I have. I've searched high and low and can't find any pics or descriptions that fit this particular pistol. Either Hanyang Arsenal or Taku Naval Yard? Any help is very appreciated. Thanks!! Frank

when you look at the magazine . is their a spacer that has been welded inside the mag that takes up space so a 9mm can be loaded?it runs top to bottom and would be inside mag at front of follower?

That's it, exactly! Can't tell you how much this helps. Gonna put it on GB for $1000? Your thoughts?

i doubt it. stripper clip will hold 9mm or 30 cal. i bet the 30 cal will not fit in your mag. next time i go down into the basement i will try and load a 30 cal into the 9mm mag. i bet it want go in the mag because of the shortened follower and the spacer i was telling you about

whats more fun than shooting is taking a broom apart the first time. sort of like taking a mk1 ruger 22 pistol apart the first time. you look at a disassembled gun for many days before you get it back together . you tube makes it easy. mine was before you tube
