Help! Put my Broomhandle together incorrectly I fear. Help?
« on: January 07, 2020, 09:16:14 AM »
Can someone please give me some advice?  I put my Mauser together after removing the upper assembly and I did not take the lower apart not the other mechanisms but now I cannot lock it forward or remove it to try again.  Seems the upper slide is not able to move....

Don't know what you have done. If not forced together the upper should come off the back of the lower. Difficult if not impossible to diagnose via forum. Recommend you take it to a competent gunsmith or send to someone who knows Mauser 's C96 pistols. I might be able to suggest someone if I knew where you are located.
