In Europe there are plenty of Mauser 98 Actions with set Triggers the older ones like 30-40 years ago mostly hat 2 triggers the front one is the Set trigger in this configuration called the Deutscher Stecher.
9.3 * 62 is an excellent round for big Game, some of my Clients bring this Caliber for Big bull Moose for which it works well.  another advantage of this round is that it is slim like a 30-06 therefore many 98Mouser Mags will take 5 rounds instead of the usual 3 for Magnum shells. As for the Value of the Gun one should scheck with a reputable Gun dealer dealing in European Rifles but even so a Gun (like anything else) is only as much worth as what the Marked is willing to pay.   Good Luck
