Mauser HSC user manual dimensions
« on: April 27, 2016, 04:58:52 AM »
Hello All,

I recently got a scanned copy of Mauser HSc user manual. This manual seems to belong to the pistols produced in post war era. Got a few questions regarding the same. It seems to be printed in German, English and French.

Q1. Can someone confirm if its a post war manual? If yes, will it be good enough for war time pistols as well?
Q2. What are the dimensions of these manual (length and breadth)? What kind of paper finish the original manual used to have (glossy, rough etc.)? I am planning to get it printed for personal use and want it to be as closed as to the original as possible

Attaching first and last page for reference

Thanks,

This is the post war version. Printed on a glossy paper.

Thanks for the response.

How good is it for a war era pistol? Will all the instructions hold good?

The dimensions for this version of the HSc Manual is 4-1/4"H x 5-3/4"W.  There are a few more parts in the New Model compared to the Wartime version however it should provide the basics for you to use.  You can download a parts diagram from the Internet to compare those differences.
