Title: New to Mauser Actions. New Rifle Question

I picked up a CIA (Century International Arms) Custom Deluxe Sporter rifle chambered in 7.62x39.
According to Century, the serial number indicates the rifle was received from Citadel arms in April of 1994 and sold by Century in June of that year.  Beyond that the history of the manufacture of the weapon is fuzzy.


Where would be the best centralized source of research materials to establish the model of mauser action I have and would you say once I have identified the model, I can start treating it as a standard model when looking for accessories and parts?

Zastava Arms is the builder of the Century Arms 98's. But those were called "Mini Mausers" but weren't really a true Mauser copy and has some variations of the 98's. Remington had them also called model 799 and made by Zastava also. Century Arms is the current importer of the commercial Zastava built guns for the US...Bob
