As you can see from my preceding post, I am searching for a magazine latch assembly (latch/catch with attached spring) for a M1910 6.35 (.25) pistol.  I have not found any despite a rather thorough search.

However, I have found a latch assembly for a 7.65 (.32) M1910 on the web.  My question is: will the 7.65 latch assembly fit  and function in my 6.35 pistol??  If not, can the 7.65 latch assembly be modified to fit the 6.35 pistol??
