I need some help identifying.

I recently purchased this rifle at a local gun show. The gentlemen selling it didn't know what it was but said it was chambered in 7mm, the original owner was somewhere else at the show. When i brought it to the dealer at the show to run the paperwork he said it was Chilean and most likely 6.5mm. Judging by the markings I think it is Spanish, but have no idea what it is chambered in. I want to learn as much about the rifle as I can find out. Also, I would like to know the possibilities of "un-sportizing" the rifle.
