Mauser 1912/1914 shoulder stock on gb Real?

https://www.gunbroker.com/item/725393160 do you think this is a legit stock? Seems like a lot of money for a stock. I haven't seen in person one of those pistols much less a stock for one so just trying to learn something new.
Seems for 5k one could make there own with some help from a machinist to make the attaching hardware

That stock was made for this 1912/14 in 9mm.The pistol was not successful and would cost more than the stock if you could find one.
