I would like to say I picked up Number 0064 of 5000 American Eagle Mauser HSC in 7.65mm 32acp caliber they only 1/3rd were in 32cal. and 2/3rds 380.

Welcome to the forum Hacker51.  Actually our research shows that only the first 187 of the 5,000 American Eagles was in .32 ACP caliber.  The balance were produced in .380 to gain market share in the U.S. during the Bicentennial.  I am wondering where you got that 1/3, 2/3 information.
