I wasn't familiar with this book, but it was recommended on a nearby thread. Knew it was out of print, so I went to Amazon; $218 to $345. Ebay: one seller had it with a bid of $5.50 so I laid in wait until the end of the auction. Three minutes to go and I bid $35; the auction closed at $102. I'm going to keep looking for someone who doesn't know what they have. Pender's book needs to be re-printed.

I have an extra copy of the book but it is worth paying for it. I don't know what I would want to get for it seeing the going price is $102-250. Good luck in your hunt it may be a while before another copy sells as low as $102 +shipping.

Another seller on ebay had it for $175 plus 10 shipping and I bit. There was also a seller in Italy who had it for less, but the listing was all in Italian; what could go wrong there?

What could go wrong? Pay with Paypal and click on 'Buy it now'. Its not rocket science and Italy is not exacly located in another galaxy.
