Warbird,
Thank you!
Did you notice the Marine ink stamp inside the holster, have you seen this before?
And the magazine is one of each, and both of them is "correct" for this serial 848719.
In your booklet page 62 i can read that this is a "peak wartime" so the magz can be both banner and plain...?

Thanks

I can't make out the Holster stamp from your photos.  Can you describe it?

The Banner Magazine was phased out of production in 1942 (see Page 37) and replaced with the Plain Magazine.  However, numerous 1943 HSc's (such as your KM) have been reported with a Banner Mag that could have been in inventory at the factory and distributed with these pistols.  So ... I don't see anything wrong with your setup.

Well, I can just barely make out the Eagle/Swastika KM property mark but the letters(?) on either side are impossible to read.  In any case, it's an authentic KM Holster.  I hope you are not storing your HSc in it ... that could be very bad for the finish.

Thank you, good to hear - yes the letters is impossible to read...
Pistol is stored in the holster but it lays in a "bag" so it dont touch the leather - thank you!
