 Just recieved 2 deactivated c96 bolts from an old German collector.

 Large ring and cone hammer ?

The one on the left is from the big ring hammers. The lock on the right is said to come from a bolo with a small ring hammer with the serial number 40398.

 40398 ?  there is only 398 visible.

Since I can speak English with a translation program, I prefer to show two pictures of the N 40216 pistol. You will understand the rest.
