Visit to Mauser-Werke
« on: December 12, 2020, 08:47:46 AM »

Let me introduce you to a WWII report which may be a kind of the Holy Grail for any Mauser enthusiast: Visit to Mauser-Werke, a (then) classified 1945 C.I.O.S. report on Mauser.

Authentic hardcopies are hard to find, which is exactly what made me do an exact transcription of this 360 page report. The publication is filled with detailed information on what Mauser's scientist were working on.
The new transcription is an exact copy of the original publication, i.e. it uses typewriter font and is in black and white. Here https://youtu.be/PpC0_5kK278 is a quick introduction video.
In case you are looking for more information, Mauro Baudino of Paul Mauser Archives has a review of it on his facebook page PaulMauserArchive.

Two editions are available: English paperback edition and a German translation (hardcover).

Thank you so much. Your response is exactly what I was hoping to get and what was driving me when I did this project.  :)
