Mauser 1914
« on: April 07, 2022, 02:57:46 PM »
Hello everyone. I have a problem with my 1914! The magazine is very tight in the handle.
It seems like it was a gradual thing over time. I have owned the pistol a long time, and it never used to be like that!
                               Please help! Thanks Marv

Thanks for your reply! No I have the grips off, it doesn't make a difference. It's like the magazine swelled up!

Hello; Thanks for answering my question. I have had this pistol for about ten years, same magazine. It worked fine until about a year ago, then it gradually got tighter! Now it really drags when I push it in!
As I am writing this I realize how stupid this sounds! I am going to find a gunsmith to take it in to!
Thanks for helping! I will let everyone know what happens!
