in addition to the standard 5 inch barrell and action for my c96 broomhandle mauser, I have a long barrell with attached action.  Can anyone tell me about the background, manufacture and distribution of these?

How much longer?  One inch or 20"?  Action attached?  What does the mean?  Pictures?
