Manchurian Mauser Find

I got this a couple days ago, did not know what it was so I took had to have it. The guys on Gunboards I.D.'d it as a Manchurian Mauser, I did some research & found it may be a Type 13. Have not found much info on it though. Tell me what you can about this one please.
