Klötzer`s WTP with holster
« on: March 17, 2014, 12:50:44 PM »
Mauser WTP 1. variation with holster serial 19322
The holster is for a Walther mod. 9, and was in wery good condition - and the WTP fits perfectly.
The leader himself, Fin - said to me that Klötzer carried two pistols in his armor belt, the PPK and this WTP...
Sorry about the pics here, especially the holster - they are to bad i think...

gebirg - That is a Mauser WTP I, or first model , 3 type/variation. Defined  by a single grip screw and the "MAUSER WERKE..." slide address. Thank you for sharing the info on its capture.
How did you determine the holster is for a Walther model 9? I would not think a WTP I would fit in a holster designed for a model 9.

I got some help from collector in the states - the ink stamp inside flap says Walther ...
But i am not 100% here - but the size and shape on theese two pocket pistols is nearly the same?

A Walter model 9 is comparable to a Mauser WTP II but a WTP I is larger and I do not think it would fit a holster designed for a model 9.
