Your number from the chart only includes one year of production.  Total Eagle/M is 14,236 or about 5.6% of production.  Is it rare?  Always a tough question.  It ranks after the Low Grip Screws, Army Variations 1 and 2, and Police Variation 1.  So not as "rare" as these but highly collectable.  Congratulations!

Thank you, and not that rare as the HSc with both Navy property mark on FG, and the MIII/8...?
