threaded muzzle on a 1910

On gunbroker under the search 1910 Mauser there is a pistol with supposedly a threaded muzzle with some sort of attachment. Has anyone else taken a look at it? Was it some form of factory option or is it someone with some metal working skills creation?

1914mauser:
I have seen the auction, I have also seen another Mauser with a threaded barrel. IMHO both were a gunsmith modification. The one on gunbroker has a later type adapter. In either case it is not factory work.
