Link needed to the USE of the German WWII Rifle Cleanig kit.

Webley:
Recently a neighbor and WWII Army veteran passed away.  He left me some European Theater memorabilia.  In the large cardboard box was a German soldier's rifle cleaning kit with pull-through chain, bore brush and oiler.  I have cleaned military surplus rifles since 1958.  I would like to read what Ein Deutsche Soldat read about use of his issue cleaning kit.
