Model 24/47 with threaded muzzle! Info& value?

I picked up a nice m24/47. Normally not uncomon but it has a threaded muzzle. After searching the net all i found was they are rare to find and few were made. Anyone be able to help me out?

I have not seen one with a threaded barrel.   Wished I could be of some help.  Regrets,
