It was just announced today. Mauser has been sold for 1.7B. Maybe we can get some guns made now. (Correction, as they say in the Army, "As You Were") Just learned to my great disappointment, that the arms operation is not part of the sale as it is not even related to the current day packaging company. In fact, it is not even a division or related to any larger Mauser Company entity. My apologies for the false excitement and incorrect information. I will be scraping egg off my face.
