HELP - Where & When on my sporterized Mauser

This is a .270 purchased ~29 years ago. There is no manufacturer stamp anywhere, just numbers and what appear to be proof marks. Does anyone have any ideas, based on the pictures? Do the proof marks tell anything?

The number pattern on the barrel & receiver is:  xxxx . xx .
