Mauser HSC Serial number - year production?

Thank you for checking, Alexander.  My own example, 970140, is very similar with Police #2397 but without the box, of course.  I have always viewed these as very special examples of Post-War production, ranking along with the confiscated Norwegian POLITI marked HSc's.

My Mauser pistol is very similar  to Stucki's one  but in worst conditions (unfortunately the left black plastic grip original ejo is brocken and lost a part in the upper rear zone).

I'm very happy to use such piece of history.

Do you know if magazine of Walther PPK 7,65 are compatibile with Mauser HSC.

To me seems very similar or I'm wrong?

The PPk Grip length is much shorter than the HSc so the Magazine would be too short to seat all the way into the Magazine Well of an HSc.
