"80000 Exemplare  verkauft" means that 80000 pistols were sold, not 80000 brochures.

I was well aware of that  ;D

In the mean time, we found examples of the brochure with sold amounts of 50,000 and 100,000. Same lay out.

I have a reprint with 60000 and an original manual with 100000
