info request on M30 upper with pics

Hello, I would greatly appreciate any info I could get on what I believe to be an M30 upper. I collect Lugers and know very little about broomhandles. I was at a local auction a while back and purchased this upper with other Luger parts. I was hoping someone here might be able to shed a little light on what I have. From the research that I have done it looks to be an M30 but I couldn't find any info on the Mauser 7.63 script on the side of the barrel. Also if anyone might have a rough value of the assemble I would greatly appreciate it. As I am looking to sell it to reallocate the money into another Luger.

It is one that was imported and reworked by Federal Ordnance, the barrel marked "Mauser 7.63mm" The serial number buffed off and refinished and most likely relined.
