Title: Newbie Question

Hi,
Brand new here.  I tried to research this but was unable to find one with numbers on the slide in this location.
What exactly do I have?  There are no numbers on the front of the grip or inside of the slide.  Any idea of an approximate value?

A wartime HSc that has been given a new number somewhere down the line. Hard to tell who applied it and why.
