Hi Harry and welcome to the forum,
I know it is a Sidelatch. Are you saying it is a VL&D New York marked example? It is difficult to make out the marking from the image. Could you provide one of the other side? or the last 2 digits of the serial number for my database on remaining examples? THX

Regards,

Other side... Those two detail shots were taken in the Pawn Shop before purchasing, hence the zip tie on the trigger... And the dirty condition!

Griffin & Howe says they now have records of the sales of VL&D from 1900 to 1929, or thereabouts... I emailed them about how many of these exist. Hope to hear back!
