Model 1914 Pistol / Re: pulling trigger on empty chamber
« on: May 19, 2013, 10:53:29 AM »
No and no. The only way to release the striker/firing pin is on an empty chamber except when firing it, unless you use a snap cap. Any factory loaded ammunition is safe to fire as long as the pistol is safe to fire. Regards,

WTP / Re: WTP I & IIs

Alan, I try to acquire an extra magazine for each of my examples. Unfortunately they will not fit in my 1910,1914 and HSc trays. It is good to keep extra grips and small parts too. If anyone is wondering these are NOT FOR SALE.

Site Technical Help or Site Feedback / a couple suggestions
« on: April 22, 2013, 06:05:34 PM »
Okay, just a couple suggestions. How about adding .25 or .32 caliber to the 1910,1914 and 1934 categories titles. How about a section for smallbore .22 caliber sport and training rifles. Just some thoughts. Regards,

Model 1914 Pistol / Re: new Mauser 1914 owner

The .25 caliber pocket models are usually refered to as 1910s. Yours would be referred to as a 1910/14 standard post WWI model. Regards,
