Title: Question about 1891 Argentinian Mauser Manufactura Loewe of Berlin

I have a question about my Argentinian Mauser modelo 1891. Serial # starts with an R according to letter R it was supposed to made by DWM in 1899’ Question why it’s stamped manufactured by Loewe of Berlin. Thanks
