Title: Mauser employee badge?

Hi everybody!
I am Markus from Bavaria. Recently I got this badge. I've never seen it before and I cannot find any information about it.
Can anyone help me?

Wow that is fantastic!  I've not seen one before.  Yeah, I would guess an employee badge.
