Model HSC Pistol / Mauser HSc .32 cal. repair in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Mn area

Hello. I hope it is ok for me to inquire if anyone is capable, or knows of, repair in this area. I do have 2 magazines that are working, but only with a maximum of 6 cartridges. I suspect there is part wear that needs attention and/or part replacement. Thanks for any reply.

Hello. I have a 7.65mm Mauser with serial 78xxxx. I think this is 1942 and considered Third Generation Army based on M135 marking. It has a little rust and worn grips with tattered holster. Could anyone advise if I am correct in my assumptions, and approximate value?
