Title: M1934 Early KM Ostsee - matching mags
Post by: Guttorm on April 17, 2014, 09:03:45 AM

This pistol was captured from the German submarine base in Bergen, Norway by a Norwegian resistance solider in may 1945. I got it from his family together with his personal weapons (a Colt M1911 and a Lee Enfield) and some other weapons from the Submarine base (another M1934, a P08 and a K98).

The pistol has the weimar eagle on its left side, and is stamped "O. 1942" on the grip and on the bottom of both mags. It came in a correct holster stamped with "M" under eagle with swastika.

According to "Axis pistol" it is made 800 of these early KM M1934. I suppose a large quantity of them rest on the bottom of the oceans.
