C96 / C12 Broomhandle / What should I do with a mismatched, reblued, incomplete C96

I found this in one of my old gun boxes. It clearly is not a collector quality gun. Should I make it a project and turn it into a shooter or sell it for parts to someone who may need tham? Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
