Mauser Lugers / Double trouble luger

Hello all I have acquired A luger that had been reworked and the entire upper had been replaced and serial numbers are double stamped to match. So my thought is factory repair? Being this is my first luger I had to shoot it even with the price of 9mm. Both mags are after market 
but fed fine the problem is within the 2 mags I had 2 double fires and my buddy also had 2 double fires. 14 rounds 4 double fires as fun as it is not cool. Any suggestions on what the issue could be. My guess is either worn or modified sear surfaces. I haven't grown the right pair to break this gun down yet to check, need to do more YouTubeing first. Seems like a very complicated gun and am afraid of what I will find. Any suggestions or fingers in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Thank you to all that read this for your time.

almost everything works right. Original mag works great but aftermarket doesn't lock in with out a little help but it binds the action up something fierce but it does want to feed just slows the slide down so much it only goes into 3/4 battery. The real problem lies in the sear it looks to have been hack jobbed for a better trigger pull but all they accomplished was to make it safety slam fire. By this I mean cock it put it on safe pull the trigger hear a light click then drop the safety and there goes the fire pin. I did try this with live rounds and it fired every time. Anyone know where to get a new sear and fire pi. I can't find any anywhere. Oh and my grip was in 2 pieces but I was able to find one of those. Just waiting for it to show up. I thank all for any info you may have.
