I know this is an old post, but am i correct in assuming that most members prefer to carry with out a live round in the chamber? Thanks. Alan

How safe is it to carry my 1914 with one in the pipe, striker cocked, and safety on in a pocket holster that covers the trigger and safety? Is it better to carry with just the rounds in the mag and nothing up top?

Thanks. Alan

Thanks! I appreciate your knowledge. Do you think this specific gun was used by German police or was it more likely owned by civilians. While it came with a holster, i would be interested in a period-correct and role-correct holster. Thanks again.  Also, trying to upload pics. Alan

Hiello. I am a new member to this forum. I just purchased  Mauser 7.65 (32) 1914/1934 pistol with the serial number beginning with 3021XX. Can anyone tell me about it? Thank you.
