OK, i compare an early HSc serial 703857 early (1941) up against an older serial 904050 KM 4. variation (1944) - easy to see the difference, early one is hollow, and late one is solid...The backpack (Tornist) is a German heer model made by Franz Brehme Walsrode 1942. The pipe is a typical soldier pipe used by German soldiers in wwII made by Bruyere. Both items is leftower and found in German store located in Norway in 1945.I havent tryed yet to shoot with both guns, to compare balance and recoil - that would be my next goal with the exelent pistol; the HSc...Thank you!

Notice the difference on these two pistols- the comercial is made in 1941, has a lanyard loop. Different type of digits on serial, low on grip strap. It has this nice patterns between the front and rear sight, and a hi gloss finish.HSc Kriegsmarine has the Eagle/MIII8 behind trigger, and the Eagle-cross/M on front grip strap...Nice guns both of them

thanks, i can see it - is this a late pistol with bakelitgrips?

The finish, the holster - almost brand new...
I think pistol, holster and mags has always been together since 1941...

NOTICE: the three cuts om the left grip plate high..., what could that mean???

This is one of the most...

Thank you

I understand - no serial from Mauser factory on magasin between 1940 - 1945.
The policemarked HSc where marked by the police dep..

But, there is a difference - on the bottom plate...

When did they change?
I got 1941 made - what is the correct type of mag on this?
I altso got a 1943 and a 1944 kriegsmarine, what type on these?

Holster Forum / Do you see the difference on these holsters?
« on: June 03, 2013, 04:35:34 PM »

Bought a holster on a gunshow at Kongsberg yesterday; "it is for a PP" he said, it was not - it is the right holster in the pictures...
The left one is for the HSc, and the right one is for 1934 - the PP is to long, the 1934 fits perfectly...
Both late wartime holster with zink button, and the guns are inside;)
