Title: Remove firing pin from HSc super 380
Post by: rancid meat on August 30, 2014, 07:58:13 AM
Hi, new guy, old gun. Have a replacement firing pin for the Mauser HSc super 380. I believe I can see that the safety switch needs to be removed to get the old broken firing pin out but I am having difficulty figuring out the procedure to remove it. Can I find some help?

Thanks anyway guys, someone gave me the clue I needed to proceed and then the firing pin spring flew off to who knows where. Back to Numrich and maybe shoot the thing next week.

I have some stuff laying on my carpet or behind my desk also from this procedure.  I suggest wearing safety glasses on this.

Place the assembly in a large, transparant, plastic bag and dismantle it in there. Anything flying out should be caught by the bag :)
