My New Colombian VZ-24 Mauser

Hi Everybody,


I just got this rifle on Friday.  I am very exited.  My brother is an avid collector of Mauser's, he has been collecting them for 45 years and he told me that my Colombian Mauser is an oddity.  I guess because it is 7x57 7 mm Mauser.  From what he says most of Colombia's Mauser were re-bored to 30.06.  I would appreciate any input from anybody.
