I bought an 8mm or 7.92 and im trying to figure out what and when and where it was made any help appreciated.

The receiver says it was made / refitted at the Fabrica De Armas La Coruņa in 1946 (not sure I am seeing the year correctly at the angle of the photo).  These are usually found in 7.62x51 CETME (FR7) or 7.62x51 NATO (FR8).  I cant tell from your photo what you have.  Are you asking who converted it to 8mm, or what it was originally?

Both I would like to know what it was to begin with and what kind a value it has now I can send more pics of it

More pictures are always helpful.  Rifles are always tough to photograph, but multiple clear photos of the various sections of the rifle will work.  Take them outside in bright but shaded sunlight.  It really helps.
