I have seen some sell for thousands, in mint condition, with matching stock, harness and accessories. Your example while appearing correct is a pistol alone with very little of the original finish left. On a good day in a auction with a couple of bidders with $ and a deep desire to posses it, it could go over $1500. Sorry to disappoint you.
I am editing this post as I see where this example just sold on an auction site. There appears a fever to posses Red-9s these days and new collectors are paying big bucks to acquire an example. There are plenty of individuals willing to spend much more than a example is worth in my opinion. The holster that sold with this example has little value in my opinion. So far from 5K, it is my sincere belief that it sold for more than it is worth.
Please forgive me for not saying it earlier, welcome to the forum.
