Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891 Where to go for info

I have an 1891 Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891 manufactura Loewe Berlin.  I was wanting to know if or where i can go to look up when it was made, if there  is any info of who owned it.  I bought it in a storage unit.  Its model G 8399

I heard of some of these guns can have the original makers name on the bottom of the gun.  Have not yet looked.
